RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a team tasked with carrying out assignments and conducting change work in families' own home environments. The work includes supportive interventions, both individually and in groups. For example, you will provide support for placed children regarding contact and in the process of moving back home. This also includes families where there has been violence of various forms and where there are psychosocial issues. Some assignments may take place in the evenings and weekends, and solo work is common. In line with the new social services act, the Open Care will be part of a unit where preventive work will be developed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We expect applicants to have at least one year of experience working with family therapy. It is also important that the applicant has a B driver's license as some work is conducted in the individual's home.

Experience working with families with younger children and experience in authority exercise within IFO is an advantage.

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious.

You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both with clients and colleagues. You collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions.

You have the ability to write clearly, concisely, and well-structured and can adapt your texts based on the intended target audience.

OTHER

As an employee, you have a flexible working hours agreement and external supervision.

Upon employment, a police record extract must be presented.
