We are now looking for a special teacher or special educator at Bergheden School. As a special teacher/special educator, you are an indispensable resource within our organization. With your expertise, you support teaching teachers in pedagogical matters and collaborate closely with other student health professionals to create a safe and accessible school environment for all students. The Learning Sector is responsible for all municipal activities within preschool, primary school, after-school care, adapted primary school, secondary school, adult education, and Vansbro Dance and Music School. You will

• provide support at both group and individual levels, work preventively by analyzing students' difficulties at the organizational, group, and individual levels
• work and be involved in the daily activities around our students both individually and in groups in close collaboration with other teachers
• be a part of the school's development work and planning for further education
• contribute unique special pedagogical competence that is invaluable in the pedagogical work
• map obstacles and opportunities in the school environment and students' needs for special support
• conduct pedagogical investigations and design action plans for students who need extra support
• provide guidance and consultation to support educators
• follow up, evaluate, and support the continuous development of our operations and our learning environments
• work together to ensure that students succeed in their learning through curiosity, safety, and faith in the future
• participate and lead in various networks.

You must have

• a special teacher's degree or a special educator's degree.

Before employment, a valid extract from the criminal record must be presented.
