JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ungärde School is looking for a certified teacher for grades 4-9 for our adapted primary school. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating the best conditions for students in adapted primary school to develop, learn, and succeed.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for teaching in our adapted primary school.
• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching tailored to the individual needs, abilities, and circumstances of the students.
• Working according to the governing documents for adapted primary school (Lgr22).
• Creating clear, structured, and predictable learning environments.
• Collaborating closely with teaching assistants, special educators, guardians, and other colleagues.
• Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive climate where students are at the center.
• Working with pedagogical documentation and developing routines and methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in adapted primary school, or a teacher qualified to teach grades 4-9.
• Has experience or a strong interest in working with students in need of special support.
• Has a good ability to adapt teaching, create safety, and meet students at their level.
• Is relationship-building, structured, and has good collaboration skills.
• Works solution-focused and professionally in meetings with students, colleagues, and guardians.
