We offer you Björkhagaskolan, a two-parallel F-6 school located in central Söderköping, close to outdoor swimming, library, sports hall, ice rink, forest, and nature. The activities are conducted in two buildings, Haga and Björkbacken. In the Haga building, we have our after-school care for preschool and grade 1, and at Björkbacken, there is after-school care for grades 2-6. Grades F, 1, and 6 have their classrooms in Haga, while grades 2-5 are in Björkbacken. The after-school care is organized for F-1 and 2-6 in tracks, H classes, and E classes. There are four departments, where three educators work in each department.

With us, you will meet experienced and knowledgeable colleagues who will be able to support you in your work. There are also well-established routines to lean on. Söderköping Municipality conducts a joint effort for professional development for after-school care, with continuous meetings for all educators. At these meetings, you will meet colleagues from other schools' after-school care and exchange experiences with them.

Job Description

We are now looking for a new colleague for one of our F-1 departments. You will work in preschool class or grade 1. If you have qualifications in art or physical education, you may also have the opportunity to teach these subjects.

During the after-school care period, you will work in one of our F-1 departments, where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the teaching. The after-school care operates based on a well-established annual cycle. Progression is ensured through a common annual cycle weave.

Qualifications

You are a qualified teacher in after-school care. You have a holistic view of the assignment and consider the best interests of the entire operation. You are creative and come with your own ideas and suggestions for improvements. You understand the value of good relationships with students and guardians and work to establish them. You find it easy to collaborate with others, where you can both listen and contribute your own opinions.
