As we prepare for the autumn term, we are looking for new dedicated colleagues to join our team! We are currently seeking teachers with a teaching license for grades 7–9 in one or more of the following subjects:

Geography

Social Studies

Technology

Art

Each subject corresponds to 10% of a full-time position, but for those qualified in several subjects, there is the possibility of a position of up to 50%.

KF Education is a small school with a high staff-to-student ratio, which provides excellent opportunities for individualized support. We have a genuine commitment to students who need that little extra.

The school has about 70 students, but thanks to a flexible schedule, not all are present at the same time. This creates space for each student to receive the support and attention they need. Our students are those who have not yet achieved complete compulsory school grades. We work to create a relational approach to each individual student to then systematically and methodically motivate them to reach their full potential.

As a teacher at KF Education, you work closely with other adults in the classroom, including student coaches, which requires clear leadership and a good ability to collaborate. Together, you create a safe and supportive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.

🌟 Your responsibility is to teach your subject, where you plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching. You need to have several different plans rolling to meet students where they are, and you work distinctly motivation- and relationship-oriented. You are flexible and continuously adjust your teaching in each interaction with the student based on their needs.

🌟 We actively work with teaching analysis to continuously improve our teaching mission. Of course, you are open to feedback and constantly strive to develop together with us.

✔ Experience working as a teacher.

✔ Swedish teaching license or equivalent international education.

✔ Qualification in the relevant subjects.

✔ A natural leader with the ability to create structure and clarity in the classroom.

✔ Friendly and empathetic and have an easy time building good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

• Employment type: Temporary for the entire school year 26/27 (last employment date: June 16, 2027), holiday service.

• Start date: August 6, 2026.

• Employment: up to 50%, depending on the combination of subjects.
