We are looking for an experienced, committed, and qualified preschool assistant who is passionate about working with I Ur och Skur.

Within Förskolorna Upptäckarna AB, there are four independent units. Each preschool has its own profile that they work according to. The preschools are privately run and located in Älvsjö.

To work in a team within the preschool according to our governing documents, including Lpfö 18/25. To be involved in shaping our preschool.

To see the competent child's possibilities. A good approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues is of great importance. Children's influence is important in shaping our activities.

To want to offer children a joyful day driven by the intentions of the curriculum.

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool assistant and want to work full-time. You are outgoing and engaged, have great initiative. You know the curriculum and work according to it. Flexible and cooperative.

We offer planning days, planning time, pedagogical meals, work clothes, wellness allowance, wellness activities, training both individually and together. Support in the form of educational development leaders and special educators.
