Winter Bathing at 34 Degrees and Daily Activities with Erik!

Erik, 40 years old, lives in a housing cooperative in Mölnlycke and is now looking for a personal assistant for hourly employment, with the possibility of a continued position with a degree of service.

Erik loves to swim and needs someone to accompany him to the swimming pool. You will assist with activities both inside and outside the home. He has a seizure disorder and needs support with most aspects of his daily life – such as personal hygiene, feeding, and daily routines. Music is a big interest, so if you play an instrument, that's a big plus!

You will work alongside an experienced team of six regular assistants. The shifts vary in length, including:

12-hour shifts (double assistance, weekdays and weekends)
6-hour evening shifts
7-hour day shifts
Awake night shifts

Requirements:

Driver's license for manual transmission – you need to be able to drive Erik's car to daily activities as well as to swimming and other activities.

Practical Information:

The position starts as hourly employment, with introduction/shadowing
Good public transport connections with the X4 bus.
