ABOUT THE JOB

Do you want a job where you truly make a difference for another person? We are now looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a man living in a picturesque environment, about 20 km outside Tidaholm.

The man you will be assisting has a muscle disease that affects his muscle strength, energy, and stamina. Your contribution will therefore be an important part of his quality of life.

The work involves providing support in daily activities, including meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in social activities, such as coffee breaks and enjoyable outings, which are an important and appreciated part of daily life.

There are various aids in the home that make the work smoother, but at times the job can still be physically demanding. In this position, you will also be able to drive the client's car.

The work shifts are scheduled both during the day and as awake night shifts, on both weekdays and weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a commitment to helping people
• Is flexible, proactive, and confident in your role
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Holds a driver's license and has access to your own car to get to the workplace
• Has experience in personal assistance or similar work (meritorious)

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE

• Extra as needed and summer substitutes
• 12-hour shifts both day and night as well as weekends.

SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and possible overtime compensation. A collective agreement is in place.

START DATE

Hourly substitute as soon as possible; for the summer substitute, the schedule has not yet been established.
