TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in nine municipalities.

We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, provides developing preschool activities that include care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5 years.

We are now looking for an experienced qualified preschool assistant for Slottsbyns preschool.

Slottsbyns preschool is located close to nature in Steninge Slottsby, with the forest right next door and a large, inviting yard where children can explore, play, and learn in inspiring environments. We have two departments – Granen for children aged 1-3 years and Eken for children aged 3-6 years – and we work closely together as an engaged and cohesive team. Our core values are PLAY – playfulness, engagement, and knowledge, which permeate both our working methods and our community. With us, safety, movement, and language are a natural part of the day, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a positive and developing environment – for both children and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our positive and engaged team at Slottsbyns preschool. You are a preschool assistant who enjoys collaborating, taking responsibility, and contributing to a safe and playful environment where children can explore and develop. You are attentive and have an easy time building good relationships with both children, colleagues, and guardians. Together, we do our best for the children.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week.

We expect you to have:

• Preschool assistant education

• A clear child focus

• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning

• A clear understanding of what our mission entails (good knowledge of Lpfö 18)

• The ability to translate theory into practice

• Good collaboration skills

• The ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

• The ability to use digital tools in daily work
