Job Responsibilities

Monte-Carlo simulation research in macroscopic and microscopic models for superconductivity.

Study of fluctuations in superconductors

Qualifications

Required

  • PhD or an equivalent foreign degree assessed to be equivalent to a PhD.
  • Experience with Monte-Carlo simulations of fluctuation effects in superconductors and vortex physics is required.
  • Track record in Monte-Carlo simulations in models for superconductivity.
  • Experience with numerical methods for microscopic models of superconductivity.
  • Experience with diagrammatic techniques.

About the Employment

The employment is permanent according to agreement. The employment begins with a six-month probationary period.
