Description

Kronängsskolan was inaugurated in August 2017 and has 460 students in grades 7–9. Our school is a safe environment that creates conditions for experiences, meetings, and varied teaching. You will be part of a community where we work together to ensure our students' safety, health, and learning.

Mission

One of our English teachers will be on parental leave, and we are now looking for a substitute for him. We are looking for someone who, with joy, curiosity, and high quality in teaching, creates opportunities for students to succeed in English. Together with colleagues, you will plan the teaching and assess students' knowledge.

You have a desire to create the best conditions for each individual's learning and to spark their curiosity.

Qualifications

Teaching certification with authorization to teach English in grades 7-9. As a teacher, you are attentive to students' needs, clear, and respectful. You plan, organize, and prioritize effectively, with good quality and with students' needs as the starting point. You are a clear leader in the classroom and see special adaptations as a given to help students reach their goals. Your work is based on a strong commitment and joy in your work.

You have digital competence, and we prefer that you have teaching experience. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a teacher in middle school and experience with students with special needs. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Conditions

Fixed-term substitute position 80-100% from August 2026 to March 2027. Referring to the Education Act, the person offered this position must present a valid extract from the criminal record before an employment contract can be established. Such an order can be made at www.polisen.se.
