About You:

I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, and has a sensitivity to understand that you are assisting me in my life. You are a woman with good physical fitness as there will be some lifting involved, have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and self-assured. I need an assistant who is attentive and aware of my needs. An interest in cooking is a plus since I love food, but otherwise, the job includes all daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my personal needs.

Requirements:

You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Staffing:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing assignment, which means that some weeks you must be available at times other than working hours, to call in a substitute or step in yourself when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared among all assistants who work according to a regular schedule.

The Position:

It involves varied working hours, days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as a part-time employee with the possibility of fixed shifts in the long run. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a police record extract, and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
