You take responsibility for your work, are engaged, and clear in your communication. You are relationship-building and proactive regarding development and have analytical skills.

Other

We recruit without a personal letter to strengthen the focus on competence and experience for this role. When you submit your application, you will answer a number of questions. When we assess your application, we will base it on your CV and the questions you have answered.

The employment is a fixed-term assignment for one year, starting from the date of employment. The City of Stockholm works with competence-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's competence and thus counteracting discrimination.
