About us
The group home Finn Malmgrens väg is located in Hammarbyhöjden and welcomes individuals with disabilities according to group 1. It is close to nature and beautiful green areas, as well as close to the subway and bus to Stockholm city. There are six apartments with a living room, sleeping alcove/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. There are also common areas to meet and socialize in, as well as a shared outdoor space for all residents in the building. The group home is situated in a multi-family house.
About the position
We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations who wants to work days, evenings, and weekends. As a residential support worker, you will work with individuals who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. The position is a part-time position at 72%.
In this role, you will:
- Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
- Plan and carry out activities with the client
- Perform delegated health and medical tasks
Who are you?
As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of a residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you need to have:
- Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
- Experience from similar operations
- Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work
