About the Company

Broson Group is a company with roots dating back to 1940 and a turnover of approximately 475 million SEK. The business consists of two companies – Broson Wheels AB (axles, tires, and rims) and Broson Steel AB (tubes, profiles, sheets, and other steel products). We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant/Payroll Administrator at 75% for our headquarters in Vårgårda.

Job Description

This is a role for you who want both responsibility and variety. You will work with payroll administration in collaboration with an external partner (Crona Lön) while also handling ongoing financial tasks. You will be an important part of the finance function and play a central role in ensuring that salaries, reporting, and accounting work correctly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Payroll administration
• VAT and tax payments
• Ongoing accounting and invoicing
• Reconciliations and reporting
• Other finance-related tasks

Qualifications

At the same time, you are confident in yourself and thrive in a straightforward and unpretentious work environment where collaboration and mutual support are key.

We expect you to have:

• High school diploma with a focus on economics
• Practical experience in payroll administration
• Experience in ongoing accounting
• Good understanding of VAT and tax management
• Experience with the business system Microsoft Business Central (BC) is a plus but not a requirement
