Personal Assistant Needed for 35-Year-Old Social Man in Mölndal

We are looking for dedicated and reliable personal assistants for a 35-year-old social and humorous man living with a significant physical disability due to an accident.

He has great patience, enjoys social interactions, and values a daily life with both structure and joy. He communicates using his eyes and clear body language, which requires you to be attentive, observant, and empathetic.

About the Position

The job involves active assistance and help with all aspects of daily life, including personal care and transfers using a ceiling lift.

Some tasks also include managing medications, a cough machine, and a suction machine.

• Varied working hours: day, evening, and every other weekend, as well as occasional awake nights if needed.
• Working hours: up to 80%.
• We are also looking for summer substitutes for June, July, and August with the possibility of working 50–100%.

Smoke-free workplace.

A driving license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare and social services is advantageous. Personal suitability is highly valued.
