We are looking for someone who knows exactly what happens in a sales call. You hear the nuances. You see the potential. You know when someone needs a push and when they need structure. You gain energy from developing people and are passionate about creating top-performing teams.

We are now seeking a trainer with a coaching background in telecom who wants to help elevate our salespeople to the next level.

This is an operational and hands-on role where you work closely with the salespeople every day.

You will, among other things:

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing sales training

• Listen in on calls and provide concrete, developmental feedback

• Coach both individually and in groups

• Follow up on performance, KPIs, and development plans

• Identify areas for improvement and adjust training accordingly

• Create energy, motivation, and a winning mentality within the team

You are a key person for both results and culture.

We believe you:

• Have 1–2 years of coaching experience in telecom

• Have your own sales experience (preferably telemarketing or subscriptions)

• Have worked with call listening and performance tracking

• Are pedagogical, clear, and confident in your communication

• Have high energy and natural authority

• Are driven by seeing others develop and reach their goals

You are structured enough to follow up on numbers but passionate enough to care about the person behind the results.
