The vocational college Brobygrafiska is looking for an education leader.

Brobygrafiska offers vocational training, testing in printing, and corporate training. It is a place where business and education meet in graphic design, digital media, and packaging development. The school has a high technical and creative level and a very strong connection to the business community. Brobygrafiska is a strong brand and is considered one of the leading post-secondary graphic and digital schools in Sweden today. We conduct training in Graphic Designer/Technician, Graphic Craft, and Innovative and Sustainable Packaging Development.

Job Responsibilities:

The position also involves responsibility for planning, implementation, and follow-up of the training and courses we conduct. Plan and develop new training and courses together with our partners in the form of companies and organizations related to each industry. Be active in marketing the training.

The position involves working with and being responsible for:

• Ensuring the systematic quality work related to MYH concerning our training and courses. Ensure that the training is conducted according to laws and regulations and that there is continuous development of the training.
• Continuous communication work with our partners. Be responsible for collaborating with the labor market, which is a central part of the vocational college.
• Writing applications for YH training in the form of short courses, course packages, and training.
• Reporting to management groups for the training.
• Marketing the training.

Qualifications:

We see that you have an academic education in Human Resources, HR, or Media and Communication Science. We are looking for someone who is a networker to the fingertips, and you also have a genuine interest in working to nurture Brobygrafiska's unique network through dialogue and communication. You have experience from the graphic industry, IT industry, or packaging industry, preferably through HR work, communication work, sales work, or strategic development issues. You can switch between micro and macro perspectives and translate ideas into practice through concrete applications for training or international projects.

You have experience and knowledge of coaching, advising, and developing conversations. You are secure in a positive view of people and contribute to a value base that radiates kindness, security, and competence.

As a person, you are open, communicative, socially competent, and feel comfortable working both in teams and independently. Creativity, problem-solving, innovative thinking, and long-term planning with good foresight are qualities valued by the organization.
