Preschool Lyckan consists of three departments, and to provide the children with the best possible conditions for development, the working method is age-divided.

The work of creating conditions for children's care, development, and learning is ongoing, equally important every day, and occurs in interaction with each other. Being acknowledged and respected strengthens self-esteem.

The everyday life at Preschool Lyckan is based on cooperation between the departments. The collaboration facilitates transitions for children in the age-divided working method - it becomes natural to socialize with everyone, providing good opportunities for children to interact, develop, and learn with all ages.

At the preschool, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning. The work is led by the principal who, in collaboration with the educators, drives the work for a preschool to be proud of. The preschool has a clear structure and shared vision, which is important for a sustainable value base where the best interests of the children are always in focus, and where care, respect, and humility play a significant role. The atmosphere is welcoming and professional, contributing to the individual and collegial development of the educators.

Job Responsibilities

As resource personnel, you work based on current governing documents. The work involves close contact with colleagues, children, and guardians, and we continuously strive for a clear structure in all contexts at the preschool.

Qualifications

You should have a good ability to communicate with both children and adults. You have completed at least high school and preferably a post-secondary education in the field. We are looking for someone who is responsible, positive, curious, attentive, eager to learn, and reflective. We value creativity, engagement, and a genuine interest in children's care, development, and learning.
