JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher for grades 7-9 with us, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching. Your teaching is based on the school's governing documents, and from these, you will plan the instruction based on your and the subject team's systematic quality work. Student influence is a given.
Together with your colleagues, you will actively work with the organization's mission and development work (goal fulfillment, student influence, and a conducive learning environment). Your responsibilities beyond teaching include shared responsibility for a class and your own mentor students. You will also conduct development discussions and parent meetings with students and guardians in the class. As a teacher, you contribute to the development of the organization in the right direction and provide our students with good opportunities to grow and develop into creative, curious, and secure individuals.
We also see pedagogical documentation as a natural part of our systematic quality work and organizational development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree for grades 7-9 and holds a teaching license, but we also welcome those who are in the final stages of their education. Since language is our primary tool, you need to have good skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
We see it as an advantage if you have:
- experience working with children in need of special support
- experience working with language and knowledge-developing approaches
- knowledge of digital learning platforms
- IT interest
We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and self-driven, as well as a natural leader in the teaching situation. You have a good understanding that students absorb knowledge in different ways and have the ability to provide high-quality teaching based on students' varying conditions.
You are outgoing and relationship-building and find it easy to collaborate with others. You plan and structure your work effectively and are guided by goal- and result-oriented thinking in prioritization, planning, and action. We also see that you are open and see the benefits of new digital solutions and tools.
Interviews may take place continuously during this recruitment process.
