We work in a two-teacher system, which means that you will always collaborate closely with another educator. If necessary, we split classes to create the best possible educational conditions. Our facilities are newly renovated and well adapted for the activities, with two classrooms and two group rooms per grade.

We actively work with study peace, language and knowledge development, as well as organized break activities through the TL program. Right now, we are also in an exciting development phase with new construction of the lower grades, after-school care, and practical-aesthetic subjects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a teaching assistant in the lower grades (grades 1-3) and who is passionate about supporting younger students' learning and development. You enjoy working closely with students, are comfortable in a classroom environment, and have a genuine interest in teaching and educational support.

The position is 100% and also includes a shared mentorship role. The employment is a temporary position, with good opportunities for permanent employment at our rapidly developing school.

As a teaching assistant with us, you will work with:

  • Support for students individually or in groups, under the guidance of teachers
  • Contributing to study peace, structure, and safety in the classroom
  • Preparation of teaching materials and assignments
  • Documentation, attendance, and simple administration
  • Support during breaks, transitions, and practical moments
  • Language support, reading, math support
  • Shared mentorship

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Some form of educational training or relevant experience working with children
  • A strong interest in teaching and students' development in the younger age groups
  • Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude

OTHER
