Description

Arvika Municipality has chosen to be part of a project called Värmland Guides. The project is carried out by several municipalities in Värmland with the aim of developing methods that increase students' belief in the future and motivation for studies and work, as well as developing methods for collaboration between school and working life. The assignment is based on the municipality's secondary school, and the work is conducted at both group and individual levels.

Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading the work forward in developing methods that increase students' belief in the future and motivation for studies and work, as well as developing methods for collaboration between school and working life. This may involve developing cooperation around specific internships, internships for all students in a grade, and more. However, the project's intention is to develop various types of activities during the project period; the creation of activities and collaborations is thus part of the project. In this role, you will work closely with two study and career counselors at the school. During the project period, you will meet other project managers in Värmland where exchanges will take place between the municipalities' various activities and work on the issue.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education relevant to the position, such as education in study and career guidance or other education in labor market knowledge. Preferably work experience in study and career guidance or other professions that have given you knowledge about the labor market and guidance regarding the labor market. Previous experience in leading projects is an advantage. At least 2 years of work experience is required. We are looking for someone who is flexible and self-driven with a clear focus on creating good and safe relationships with young people. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and a B driver's license is a requirement.

Conditions
