Engaged Leader Wanted for E-Health Unit
Are you an engaged leader who creates conditions for others to grow and develop? Are you driven by making a real impact on society? Then this could be the role for you.
We are an organization in growth and change, which gives you a strategic responsibility to show the way forward for managers and employees, even when the choices are not clear.
About the Position
The National Coordination Unit consists of 12 employees. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the unit's work with national coordination of e-health and digital infrastructure. You will drive collaboration processes within health, care, and social services and work closely with other stakeholders in the sector on common structures, methods, and solutions. You will report to the section manager and be part of the section's management team.
You will contribute to the strategic development and common national priorities for the digitization of the sector and represent the organization in various collaboration forums and networks.
As a unit manager with us, your most important mission is to create conditions for your employees, both as individuals and as a team, to work and develop in the right direction. We are an organization in growth and change, and you are a key person in creating security in the direction forward. You will work closely with your managerial colleagues, providing and receiving support from each other. Business trips occur regularly.
You belong to the Department of Digital Infrastructure with about 100 employees. The department is responsible for coordinating the development of the common digital information supply of healthcare, social services, and dental care nationally and internationally, focusing on a secure, sustainable, and well-coordinated digital infrastructure.
About You

You lead through change and come up with ideas on how the organization and individuals can develop. In your change management, you are strategic and take a holistic perspective. It is natural for you to take responsibility for both your own work and for decisions made.
We are looking for someone who has:
- an academic degree in a relevant field (minimum 180 credits or 120 points according to the previous system)
- current managerial or leadership experience
- current experience working with national coordination in cross-sector contexts
- current experience developing and driving collaboration initiatives within the health, care, and social services sector
- current experience collaborating with authorities, regions, municipalities, system suppliers, and other relevant organizations within the health, care, and social services sector
- excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is an advantage if you have:
- knowledge of regulations affecting the development of infrastructure within the health, care, and social services sector
- knowledge of the EHDS regulation
- experience working in a politically governed organization.
