About us

The Department of Children and Education in Solna is governed by the Preschool Committee and the School Committee. The department's operations include preschools, primary schools (F–9), secondary schools, adapted schools, after-school care, and central administration. Investments in leadership development and employee competence development are important success factors in our work.

Our offer

  • coordination and support in city-wide processes.

The assignment also includes representing the department in the city's work against welfare crime and leading larger cross-departmental development and change projects.

The work is varied and combines strategic and operational tasks. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other functions within the department and the city. The position currently does not involve personnel responsibility, but has a clear leadership and coordinating role.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are self-driven and take clear responsibility for your assignment. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. You communicate clearly and possess strong linguistic and analytical abilities that allow you to convey complex information in a target group-adapted manner.
