Your responsibilities include:

• Being the face of the company and welcoming guests with world-class service

• Handling phone calls and emails

• Contacting suppliers

• Administrative tasks

• Bookings and orders

• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees

This position offers the opportunity to work in all our areas, such as office reception, information desk in shopping centers, and conferences.

Requirements

• Experience in previous service work

• High school diploma or higher

• Technically skilled and IT-literate

• Experience with the Office suite and other systems is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English

About the employment The employment is a temporary position or part-time job throughout the summer, with the greatest need between weeks 28-32.

This is a part-time job, and there is flexibility to work based on your availability and the needs of the business.

The working hours are office hours but adjusted according to the business. For certain assignments, there may be opportunities to work evenings and weekends.

About the recruitment process During the spring, we will receive vacation requests from regular staff and will then fill temporary positions on an ongoing basis throughout the spring.
