The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS LVM Home Runnagården receives women with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse. We accept women with mental health issues as well as aggressive women with violent behavior. We also accept women with medication-assisted treatment (LARO).
Job Description
As an HR Administrator, you contribute to ensuring that we operate legally and comply with laws and agreements. Your tasks will include managing daily HR administration and coordination. You will administer ongoing payroll management, registration, review, and monitoring of employments, absences, and sick leaves in our various systems. Handle documents that need to be registered, archived, or filed. Provide support and service to internal and external stakeholders. Follow internal governing documents and assist and drive processes such as recruitment and labor law. The HR Administrator has a central role at Runnagården and collaborates closely with both the HR Generalist, staffing planner, and the management team.
Qualifications
You should have relevant post-secondary education focused on administration or HR or another education combined with work experience that SiS considers equivalent.
We prefer that you have experience from personnel administrative work, for example as a payroll administrator. Experience from working in the public sector is an advantage.
To succeed in the role of HR Administrator, you need to be administratively inclined, meticulous, and structured. It is important to be efficient combined with a sense of responsibility as you plan, organize, and prioritize your work independently. Good collaboration skills and keeping the core operations' best interests in focus are essential.

The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period.
