Other tasks may also occur.
Who you are
You have:
- A university degree in social sciences or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
- Current experience working with the admission system NyA for at least two years and are well acquainted with the system and its functions (NyA-web, NyA open, NyA's expert client, NyA's web interface).
- Experience in leading and planning your work and that of a group of colleagues.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Current experience working at an educational institution, preferably with admission issues.

To succeed in the role of production coordinator, you need to:

- Exhibit good collaboration and communication skills; you take responsibility for your own communication with your colleagues and stakeholders and ensure that collaboration works with all partners.
- Be service-oriented. It is important for you to deliver good service with high quality.
- The role also places high demands on flexibility and problem-solving ability. No day is the same, and we continuously face various challenges, big and small. It is important to understand the consequences of the challenges that arise and manage them continuously and according to their severity.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
