The community building sector is looking for a business archivist with high digital maturity and an eye for both details and the big picture. In the sector support unit within the community building sector, you will be an important part of the sector's work by providing support to our departments working for the city environment and traffic committee, building and permit committee, and the municipal executive board. We work with all types of administration and service, invoicing, and information management. We are also responsible for the city's vehicles and map the processes of the operations while working with internal control, follow-up of goals and assignments, and conducting investigations. We are proud to contribute to the development of Sundbyberg – while preserving and caring for the city's information and history. We are currently facing an exciting development with the digitization of the committees' archives and transitioning to e-archiving.

As a business archivist, you will:

• Support the sector's operations through practical archive work – both physical and digital.
• Prepare documents for delivery to the physical archive and e-archive.
• Provide advice, educate, and support in the development of routines for information management.
• Be a support in questions regarding information security and handling of personal data.
• The position is newly established and can develop over time based on needs and opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in archive and information science or other education and work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Has good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding public documents.
• Has experience as a registrar, system administrator, archivist, or similar, preferably within public administration.
• Has worked with the digitization of documents and the transition to e-archive.

It is desirable if you:

• Have experience working with information management within building permits, environmental and health protection, or technical administration.
• Have experience working with information security and can be a support in matters concerning the handling of personal data.
