Job responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the delivery of telephony and switch solutions to our customers.
  • Ensure that all deliveries are carried out in a safe, efficient, and qualitative manner.
  • Perform technical configuration and installation of customer switch solutions.
  • Lead customer meetings for planning and implementation of solutions.
  • Project manage, plan, and structure the delivery work from start to finish.
  • Maintain good communication with decision-makers, suppliers, and operators.
  • Handle administration related to ongoing deliveries.
  • Continuously work on developing and following processes and routines within the role and business area.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and service-oriented expert and conduct training and demos for customers and their staff on the platform.

We are looking for you who

Have a strong interest in technical problem-solving, are service-oriented, and identify with our core values. Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service with a focus on Telephony.
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivery work within telephony and switch solutions.
  • Good knowledge of systems such as Excel and various CRM platforms.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
  • A structured work style and the ability to work independently, systematically, and accurately.

Solid experience in customer contact and the ability to create good customer relationships.

Meritorious

  • Experience from telephony delivery.
  • Knowledge in AI, integrations, and technical solutions.
  • Experience in project management.
