About us

Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB specializes in identifying funding opportunities through EU support and grants. We assist companies throughout the entire application process from analysis and qualification to completed application and follow-up.

We work in a structured, digital manner and closely with our clients, focusing on quality, transparency, and results. After an intense build-up phase, we are now in a strong expansion period during Q1 with increased demand and more client assignments than ever. We need more sharp salespeople who want to join our growth journey.

About the role

As a sales representative with us, you are the first step in our customer relationships and a crucial part of our success.

You will:

  • Contact and schedule meetings with entrepreneurs
  • Identify needs for financing and grants
  • Present our services in a professional and trustworthy manner
  • Drive the business from first contact to signed assignment
  • Work towards clear goals with the possibility of performance-based compensation

You will work closely with our case handlers who take over when the deal is finalized, allowing you to focus entirely on sales, as Tillväxtstöd has a clearly structured back-office that manages the application process.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has 2–4 years of sales experience (B2B is a plus)
  • Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards clear results
  • Is communicative, professional, and trustworthy
  • Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing
  • Is motivated by influencing your own income

Meritorious:

  • Experience in service sales
  • Background in economics, law, or finance
  • Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting

Workplace & start

  • Immediate start: March 1, 2026
  • Hiring is ongoing
  • Digital introduction and work via Teams until April 1, 2026
  • Then a new office near T-Centralen in Stockholm
