HR Student Wanted at Chiesi Pharma

Do you want to work broadly with HR in an international organization while gaining valuable experience during your studies? Chiesi Pharma is now looking for a structured and driven HR student who wants to be part of an engaged Nordic team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Chiesi Pharma is part of the international, research-driven pharmaceutical group Chiesi Group, focusing on innovative treatments and sustainable development.

In this role, you will be part of the HR team at Chiesi Pharma and work broadly with administrative and coordinating HR tasks. You will become part of a warm and engaged Nordic HR team, where collaboration, structure, and development are in focus. Here you will get a unique opportunity to gain insight into how HR work functions in practice within the life science industry and build valuable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with, among other things:

• Recurring administrative HR tasks such as training registration, updating organizational charts, and managing pension and insurance-related routines.
• Administration and structuring in internal systems as well as continuous improvement of document and information structure.
• Publishing internal news and supporting LinkedIn posts related to HR initiatives.
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes and sending information to new hires.
• Administrative support in HR projects, preparing reports and presentations.
• Ongoing HR support, managing the HR mailbox, calendar bookings, and other ad hoc support.
• Support in recruitment processes, administration related to contracts, and managing internal HR processes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying human resources, behavioral science, economics, or another relevant field at a post-secondary level, graduating next summer or later.
• Has some experience in service and/or administrative tasks from previous roles.
• Has an interest in developing and improving work methods and processes.
• Enjoys working with digital tools and systems.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English. It is a merit if you understand or have knowledge of another Nordic language.

Other

• Scope: 1–2 days per week during the semesters, with the possibility to work more extensively during the summer.
• Assignment length: Long-term during your studies.
• Location: Norrmalm, Stockholm. Some remote work is possible.
