Assistant Store Manager at Myrorna in Skärholmen

The role of assistant store manager means you will work closely with the store manager in a broad operational responsibility. Your role also involves working as a salesperson and inspiring our customers to make purchases, creating a positive and rewarding shopping experience. As an assistant store manager, you are fundamentally a store salesperson with an additional salary for the responsibilities that come with the role.

Your tasks also include:

• Participating in leading and distributing tasks in the store, being responsible for sales and budget follow-up
• Ensuring that the visual expression in the store aligns with the marketing plan
• Ensuring customers receive a professional and engaged response in the store
• Together with the store manager, being responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term collaborations regarding work practice
• Managing the store's Instagram account

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have previous leadership experience and an interest in developing the business through people. You have worked in a store that sells clothing and/or home decor and have a good understanding of the various parameters that create success. Furthermore, we see that you have a good sense of trends and either education or experience working with the visual expression in stores. You have also previously worked with campaigns and key figures and are a seasoned administrator. It is also highly meritorious if you are used to creating content for social media. Finally, you have good self-awareness and balance clarity and humility in a professional manner.

The store consists of a staff group of 8 employees and a number of interns engaged in various forms of labor market policy measures.
