ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is part of the Bonnier Group and the largest online bookstore in the Nordics. They are currently undergoing a major transformation where they are updating their system platform and transitioning to a more value- and data-driven purchasing organization. In connection with this, we are looking for a Price and Invoice Discrepancy Specialist for the Category & Offering team, which currently consists of about 12 colleagues. You will work alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues with a great passion for e-commerce and business development.

The team is a helpful, communicative, and unpretentious group that values openness and a positive attitude. You will receive support from experienced and knowledgeable colleagues during onboarding and ongoing. Your immediate reporting manager will be the Chief Category and Offering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will have a central function in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and efficient invoice and ERP flow. You will proactively work to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, items, prices, and order lines. The role involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external partners, where you contribute to improved workflows, initiate system adjustments, contribute to higher quality in master data, and more reliable delivery and logistics flows. Through follow-up, problem-solving, and continuous development of processes, you create clear business value and stability in daily operations.

• Handling and investigation of invoice discrepancies in accounts payable
• Identifying and addressing discrepancies related to price, item linkage, status, and order lines
• Monitoring invoice management and discrepancies through KPIs together with process owners
• Approval and authorization of invoices
• Troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in the invoice process together with internal (finance, inbound quality, and quality manager) and external teams
• Ongoing work with master data and item registers and ensuring correct classification of items, prices, and discounts

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a completed high school diploma or vocational education in finance
• Has relevant work experience in finance and administrative work
• Good system and data skills

It is meritorious if you have:

• Excellent knowledge of Finnish and/or Norwegian
• A post-secondary education in purchasing
• Worked in a similar role previously and have excellent knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically M3

Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or being self-taught.
