We are now looking for a Deputy Department Manager for NK Women's Shoes & Accessories.

As a Deputy Department Manager with us, you are a central part of driving sales and achieving the department's goals, in close collaboration with the Department Manager. Your main focus is to lead the team in daily operations, coach the sales staff on the shop floor, and ensure a strong, consistent sales drive.
You support the Department Manager in planning, follow-up, and execution of sales activities, taking clear responsibility for positive sales results. When the Department Manager is not present, you act as the natural leader in the store, ensuring that operations run smoothly according to set goals, routines, and priorities.
In this role, you work very operationally and are a role model in personal sales. You drive upselling, customer relationships, and service at a high level while actively developing the sales staff through coaching, feedback, and follow-up in daily operations. You play an important role in creating engagement, clarity, and sales focus within the team.
You, together with the Department Manager, are responsible for the daily operations and ensure that the store is always representative, commercially strong, and maintains a high visual standard. Structure, order, and attention to detail are an obvious part of your work.
You have a strong commercial mindset, a genuine interest in shoes, fashion, and trends, and are a confident representative of the store in meetings with our demanding and style-conscious customers. Experience in personal sales, preferably within the premium or luxury segment, is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a confident leader with strong experience in personal sales and working towards sales targets
- Is driven by results and is a clear role model on the shop floor
- Coaches and develops the sales staff in daily operations
- Can translate goals into concrete actions and sales drive
- Has a good understanding of store operations, structure, and routines
- Has a sense for product presentation and commerciality
- Is structured, solution-oriented, and relationship-building
- Brings energy, engagement, and joy to the team
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
