About the Position

We are currently looking for a customer service representative for one of our clients in Rosersberg. This is a parental leave position, lasting until August 2027. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Can you multitask? Can you handle stress professionally and are you good at prioritizing? Then you should apply for this position.

We are looking for a cheerful, quick learner, and stress-resistant person. In customer service, you need to collaborate with different types of people, be independent, make quick decisions, but also not be afraid to ask for help. You will be part of a team that works together.

You should be a bit of a spider in the web, working with production, salespeople, and customers. The top priority is always the phone, but you will also work a lot with email.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with various systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in service operations, via phone and email, is an advantage
• Experience handling complaints is a plus
