We are looking for a dedicated and professional job coach/mentor for our operations within Rusta och Matcha in Södertälje. In this role, you will support job seekers towards employment or studies through structured coaching, guidance, and matching.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching and guidance of participants within Rusta och Matcha
• Mapping participants' skills, experience, and goals
• Establishing, implementing, and following up on individual action plans
• Matching for employment, internships, or studies
• Contacts with employers and partners in Södertälje and surrounding areas
• Documentation and reporting according to the requirements of the Employment Service
• Working towards set goals and results

Qualifications – Requirements according to the Employment Service

To be considered for the position, you must meet all the requirements:

• Post-secondary or university education of at least 180 higher education credits
• At least 2 years of documented work experience
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good computer skills and experience in documentation

Meritorious

• Experience working within Rusta och Matcha or other labor market initiatives
• Experience in coaching, matching, or recruitment
• Multilingualism
• Local knowledge and network among employers in the region
