We are looking for an experienced Operational IT Contract Controller for a role where you actively contribute to strengthening governance, control, and quality in the staff unit's work throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from entered contracts to follow-up, renewal, and supplier management.

You will be placed in the staff unit within the IT department and work closely with both operations, IT, and suppliers. The role is operational and requires a structured and self-driven approach, focusing on control, follow-up, and improvement. The assignment requires experience in working in complex IT environments within operations and infrastructure with many dependencies between systems, services, and suppliers. The role assumes that you can see the big picture, identify risks, and ensure that contracts and supplier relationships support the organization's needs over time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and following up on IT contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle
• Ensuring contract compliance and identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Supporting and guiding buyers and managers in their responsibility for supplier management
• Analyzing and following up on the utilization of contracted services and contributing to increased cost control
• Proposing efficiencies and improved working methods within contract management and supplier management

The role involves many contact points and is suitable for you who are comfortable in dialogue with both internal buyers and external suppliers, and who can combine detail focus with a holistic perspective.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of current work experience in contract management regarding IT contracts
• At least 2 years of current experience in ensuring contract compliance for IT contracts within operations and infrastructure
• Experience in procurement processes
• Experience in license management
• Experience in collaboration and follow-up of external suppliers
