Accounts Receivable Assistant
We are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a consulting assignment initially lasting 6 months for one of our clients in Sollentuna. The role is full-time and we wish for an immediate start. We expect you to have a degree in finance, several years of experience with large flows in accounts receivable, and previous experience in credit assessment. You thrive in a customer-facing role with a broad network within a team where good collaboration is highly valued.

About the Company

Your Responsibilities
You will be part of an accounts receivable team of about 10 people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reminder and collection management
- Accounting and reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Manual invoicing
- Credit assessment
- Phone and email contact with both external customers and internally within the company
- Case management
- Assisting in year-end closing work
Your Profile
For this role, we are looking for someone with a degree in finance, several years of experience with large flows in accounts receivable, and previous experience in credit assessment. As a person, you are engaged, humble, and action-oriented, and you love to develop processes and systems. You are a confident user of Excel and preferably have previous experience with BI systems. You thrive in a close-knit team and appreciate good collaboration with both colleagues and customers. Communication occurs continuously in both Swedish and English in this role.
Success Factors
- Post-secondary education in finance
- Several years of experience with large flows in accounts receivable and previous experience in credit assessment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Service-oriented, engaged, and action-oriented
- Strong interest in systems and good knowledge of Excel
- Previous experience with BI systems is a plus
