Are you a junior administrator looking to grow in a broad administrative role in Stockholm? Manpower is now seeking a junior administrator for a 75% consulting assignment with our client, a global company in Stockholm. In this role, you will work closely with the business and support in everything from purchasing and invoice management to travel expenses, contracts, and system administration. About the job as a junior administrator:

In this role, you will be an important support for the business and ensure smooth administrative flows in both daily and long-term processes. You work in a structured manner, have many points of contact, and enjoy recurring tasks where quality, accuracy, and service are central.

Common tasks include:

  • Creating purchase orders and managing orders.
  • Processing invoices and managing financial flows.
  • Handling travel expenses and reimbursements, primarily for managers.
  • Working in systems such as Coupa, SAP, Certis, and other internal systems.
  • Managing contract processes: creating drafts, administering agreements, and ensuring correct system management.
  • Ad hoc tasks depending on the business's needs.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is communicative, customer-oriented, and enjoys a role with many points of contact. You are flexible, unpretentious, and find it easy to build good relationships. You have previous experience in administrative tasks, are familiar with systems, and can make your own decisions and follow up on your tasks.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in administration and handling recurring tasks.
  • Familiarity with working in CRM and business systems.
  • Good system skills, preferably experience with Coupa, SAP, and Certis.
  • The ability to make your own decisions and follow up on tasks.
  • The ability to build good relationships and maintain open dialogue.
  • Preferred: post-secondary education in system knowledge, economics, or Business Administration.
