About the job as Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Jefferson Wells with our client in Uppsala, you will play a central role in the supply chain organization. You will work closely with both local and global project teams and support everything from new product launches to design changes and adjustments in production processes.

The role suits you who thrive in a combination of operational work, planning, master data, project coordination, and close collaboration with several functions such as Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering. Here you will have a significant role in ensuring correct flows, the right conditions in the ERP system, and progress in project activities.

Common tasks:

• Prepare and manage Change Requests for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Follow up on the project's open activities, deadlines, and status.
• Be responsible for implementation timelines and follow-up with project stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain master data and MRP planning parameters for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
• Manage Bill of Material (BOM) for new and existing items.
• Prepare necessary Change Control documents and document new SKUs.
• Follow up on project activities within the planning function.
• Drive and manage phase-out processes for obsolete materials.
• Ensure disposition and reporting for outgoing items.
• Participate in local and global project meetings as well as launch readiness meetings.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain, preferably within medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing. You are used to working in an ERP environment, thrive in project-oriented work methods, and have an easy time creating structure and driving things to completion.

To fit the role, you need to be analytical, communicative, and have a good ability to collaborate with many different functions. You can work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a clear sense of quality and accuracy.

We are looking for you who have:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial economics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in project work and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and visualization tools for project planning.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
