We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who wants to work in a broad and coordinating role with our client in Uppsala. Here you will combine planning, project work, and collaboration across multiple functions – perfect for you who have a few years of experience and want to take the next step in an international environment.

The office is located in Uppsala, and the desired start date is March 16, 2026. This is a consulting assignment initially for 9 months, with employment through The Place.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing Change Requests and following up on project timelines

• Handling Master Data, MRP parameters, and administration in SAP

• Participating in project meetings and following up on launches

• Collaborating with purchasing, production, quality, and technology

• Supporting material planning and purchasing, and ensuring that work follows SOPs

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• A bachelor's degree or other relevant education in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or equivalent

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, production planning, or equivalent

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience from the medical technology industry

• Experience with SAP
