We are now looking for a senior property manager with a good technical understanding and strong administrative skills. In this role, you will have broad responsibility for technical management and become an important contact person for customers and boards in both operational and long-term matters.

You are comfortable working independently, take responsibility for the whole, and drive the work forward with structure and proactivity. This role suits you who enjoys creating order, coordinating multiple parties, and simultaneously contributing improvement suggestions and development related to operations and maintenance.

As a senior property manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and following up on technical management and operation of residential properties

• Coordinating and following up on suppliers, contractors, and service agreements

• Planning, coordinating, and following up on both planned and corrective maintenance

• Ensuring that routines, regulations, and legal requirements are followed

• Preparing reports, operational statistics, and decision-making materials for customers and boards

• Handling insurance matters and assisting in resident and membership issues

• Participating in customer and board meetings (evening meetings may occur)

• Working proactively with improvements, efficiency, and development of the property and collaboration

• Have solid experience in property management, preferably with a technical focus

• Have documented experience working with housing cooperatives (Brf)

• Have very good administrative skills and enjoy creating order, control, and clear follow-up

• Have a good technical understanding and can see the whole picture of how the property's systems interact

• Are analytical and solution-oriented with an interest in operational optimization and improvement work

• Are communicative, relationship-building, and enjoy a role with many contact points

• Are curious and interested in the development of the property industry

• Have good computer skills and a B driver's license

• Technical education in property, energy, or operations

• Experience with digital control systems and energy monitoring

• Experience in maintenance planning

• A broad assignment with varied workdays and significant personal responsibility
