Why this job is for you
For those who know that validation is about more than just documentation – it is about building trust, security, and quality at every step. You want to drive change, not just follow it. Here, you will grow as a specialist while contributing to solutions that make a real difference for people and society, with safe products that improve the quality of life for users.
Here, you will become part of a strong validation team with broad competence in qualification, computerized systems, and processes. We work together, share knowledge, and help each other grow. There are always colleagues to bounce ideas off, and room for you to take on new types of projects and assignments.
Within our business area Compliance & Management, we help our customers transition to sustainable and secure solutions. We combine expertise in quality, security, sustainability, and project management – ensuring our projects make a real difference, both for our customers and for the people affected.
Responsibilities
You will work with the validation and qualification of computerized systems, processes, and equipment within the Life Science industry. You will take on responsibility early in the projects and can influence everything from design to commissioning – thereby contributing directly to safe products and improved quality of life. Your work ensures that every step in the process meets the highest standards – from initial requirements to the finished product.
We believe in collaboration, knowledge sharing, and quality awareness as the path forward. We share experiences, bounce ideas, and support each other throughout the entire project lifecycle. Here, you will have the space to take initiative, drive development, and fully utilize your expertise.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where quality, technology, and development meet – and who wants to contribute to our customers' success in their validation projects. You have a quality-oriented approach and a strong desire to develop yourself, as well as to lift others.
You also have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in biotechnology, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, or similar
- Experience with validation within Life Science, including work with IQ/OQ/PQ phases
- Experience with requirements, deviation, and risk management
- Experience with requirements specification, documentation, and URS (User Requirement Specifications)
- Good knowledge of GxP regulations (advantageous with experience of GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Eudralex Annex 11)
- Very good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
- If you also have experience with digitalization projects or automation within Life Science, we see this as an asset
We believe in curiosity and learning as driving forces – therefore, we place great emphasis on your willingness to develop, share knowledge, and contribute to us all becoming better together.
