Job Responsibilities

As a Junior Land Negotiator, you will grow into the role of Land Negotiator. Initially, you will support more experienced colleagues, and you will also take independent responsibility for smaller cases and projects. As a Land Negotiator, you are part of the entire chain, from planning and design, through the construction phase, to the handover of the completed facility. This is a varied role with responsibility for land access issues, which includes among other things:

  • Negotiating compensation for the purchase of and encroachment on properties.
  • Drafting property law agreements.
  • Handling damage regulation and disputes.
  • Participating in planning and design work.
  • Representing Trafikverket in cadastral proceedings and having other contacts with authorities and individual property owners.

The work sometimes involves meetings outside office hours, such as public consultations, landowner meetings, and cadastral meetings.

We offer good development opportunities. We see you taking on a full Land Negotiator role within a few years and independently providing support in property law matters in infrastructure projects.
