Your role as a surveyor

This role involves independent surveying work in construction projects, combined with data management in various digital systems. Additionally, you will occasionally take on leadership responsibilities within projects.

Your main areas of responsibility as a surveyor:

• Setting out, surveying, and quantity management in smaller construction projects.
• Essential control and calibration of surveying equipment.
• Production of as-built documentation.
• Creating models for machine control.

Svevia aims to be at the forefront when it comes to surveying equipment and software. Currently, we primarily use GEO and AutoCAD.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with a couple of years of experience in surveying related to construction projects. As a person, you are confident in taking personal responsibility for the surveying in your projects. You collaborate well with others and have a habit of checking and quality-assuring your work. You have a structured approach to work and can plan and communicate your own and others' work.

To be successful in this role, we believe you:

• Can handle a total station and GPS.
• Have an interest in technical development.
• Can produce as-built documentation.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We consider it highly meritorious if you have drone experience and have worked with quantity monitoring.
