You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Design in product development projects, either further developing existing products or creating something entirely new
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Communicate with both experts and non-experts about complex technical issues

Qualifications We are looking for you who enjoy grappling with tricky technical challenges and analyzing. You like to break down these challenges together with the team to reach the best solution. You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while independently driving your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you must have the following:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Development
• At least 4 years of experience working as a mechanical designer, in design and product development
• Experience working within Life Sciences or MedTech
• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Uppsala, Dragarbrunnsgatan 45. Business travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
