About the Assignment

Adecco’s client, Thermo Fisher, is seeking a Process Operator for their production within the ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), where they develop, manufacture, and market diagnostic tests for allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees globally, IDD is the world leader in in vitro diagnostics (IVD) for allergies and a leader in autoimmune diagnostics in Europe. The division’s headquarters, with approximately 700 employees, is located in Uppsala.

As a Process Operator in reagent manufacturing, you will be part of the daily operations. Your responsibilities include preparations, machine settings, packing kits, monitoring production machines, and compiling documentation related to production batches. The role involves a significant amount of manual work, machine handling, and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards.

The employment form is a consultancy assignment through Adecco, starting in week 34–35. This is a long-term assignment with the possibility of direct hire by the client. Working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, 07:30–15:45.

About You

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education. You are driven, positive, quality-conscious, and have good collaboration skills. Previous experience in manufacturing operations is advantageous. Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is also a plus.
