We at Kila people AB are now looking for engaged and driven employees for a long-term and exciting consulting assignment with our client Apotea in Morgongåva. Apotea's logistics operations are growing, and they are now launching a completely new, specialized Automation Group, with opportunities for either day or evening shifts.

As an Automation Logistician and consultant with Kila people AB, you will become a key player on the floor and the link that ensures Apotea's high-tech flows run stably, efficiently, and safely.

About the role as a consultant and Automation Logistician

In this role, you are employed by us at Kila people AB, but you work fully integrated into Apotea's operations. As an Automation Logistician, you work exclusively with Apotea's automated logistics solutions and processes.

Your main task is to monitor and ensure the daily operation of the automated logistics flows. You become the expert on the floor who makes the initial assessments during operational disruptions and serves as a valuable resource of competence for your other colleagues. You are part of the newly established automation group led by Apotea's Automation Manager, with daily support from two automation specialists.

The role is operational with a focus on logistics flows. Technical maintenance, machine service, and repairs are handled entirely by Apotea's service group.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the daily operation of Apotea's automated logistics flows to ensure they function efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Identify and address ongoing deviations or minor operational disruptions to quickly restore a functioning flow.
• Make initial operational assessments in case of automation issues and determine when cases need to be escalated to the service group.
• Document and report recurring disruptions and improvement needs to the automation management.
• Act as an internal resource by contributing your in-depth competence and supporting colleagues with questions related to the automated flows.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role of roaming consultant and Automation Logistician, you are a person who likes structure, is meticulous, and is motivated by solving problems as they arise. You have a general understanding and interest in logistics and a natural drive to take responsibility.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A good understanding of logistics flows and operational activity, acquired either through relevant studies or through practical experience in the industry.
• The ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner in a changing environment.
• Very good teamwork skills and a willingness to support and guide your colleagues on the floor.

Merits

• Previous experience working in automated logistics environments is highly meritorious.

What we and the client offer: In-depth training

We do not expect you to know everything from day one. To give you the absolute best conditions for your new assignment, you will undergo in-depth internal training in automation on-site at Apotea upon commencement. The training gives you the deep understanding and tools you need as a certified Automation Logistician.

Practical information

• Employer: Kila people AB
• Salary: Base salary 155 SEK/hour. In addition to the base salary, any shift allowances and overtime compensation are paid according to current terms.
• Client/Location: Apotea, Logistics Department in Morgongåva
• Working hours: Day or evening shifts
• Employment type: Consulting assignment (Full-time/Fixed-term with good prospects for long-term employment)
