Your Role

We are now looking for two student employees for our district Studentstaden who want to help with the management of Uppsalahem's student housing.

As a student employee, you will become part of the Studentstaden property management team. Together with colleagues in the team and at the district level, you will handle administrative and economic tasks, as well as everything concerning the tenant from inspections and lettings to other ongoing matters during the rental cycle. You will also work proactively on safety issues and maintain good communication with our tenants.

What is a Student Employee?

As a student employee, you study at a university or college while performing a qualified job with us.

You are offered a flexible position with up to 15 hours of work per week. The employment is adapted so that you can combine full-time studies with your work at Uppsalahem. You work with the same tasks as our regular staff, with certain adjustments to the limited working hours.

We are looking for you who:

• Studies at a university or college
• Has a B-class driver's license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you are studying a course related to the work or if you have previous work experience in the real estate industry.
