About the role

As a Material Handler, you will become an important part of the logistics department and work to ensure efficient material and logistics flows. The role involves varied work where you are responsible for kit packing and customer packing prior to further distribution to customers, as well as contributing to maintaining high quality and delivery security.

You will work closely with colleagues within logistics and warehousing and actively contribute to improvement work and process development.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Perform kit packing and customer packing according to existing instructions and procedures
• Handle material and logistics flows in daily work
• Contribute to efficient and reliable warehousing, order, and delivery processes
• Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and quality requirements
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy and delivery precision
• Participate in or lead investigations of deviations and root cause analyses
• Participate in the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods and processes
• Work in accordance with current safety regulations and occupational health and safety procedures
• Identify risks and contribute to improvements within the work environment and safety

You will be employed as a consultant via Adecco. The assignment is expected to start in August and run until March 2027, with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for you who

• Have a few years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or material handling
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have good system proficiency and experience with business systems, such as Dynamics or similar
• Have a structured and quality-conscious approach to work
• Are solution-oriented and have good analytical skills
• Take initiative and drive work forward independently
• Enjoy collaborating and communicating with different functions
• Are a humble team player who contributes to a positive work environment

Meritorious

• Experience with process improvements and change management
• Experience with deviation handling (NC/BI)
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators within logistics or warehousing
